Review for 7 Minute Mindfulness Meditation Technique

okay let me tell you this, 7 minutes guided meditation could be magical! but this 7 minutes takes practice & consistency thats why i realized why I needed to own it, suffering from depression trying it once didn;t gave me the relaxation i wanted, but doing it first thing in the morning for a week.. oh boy it helped me with overthinking and increased my productivity.
