It fits perfectly any time of the day for a quick 're-centering' break.

So practical and efficient!

I dunno but 7 minutes is too short for me, but yeah this is still helpful – kinda brings me back on the Zen mindfuness practice I had years ago in thailand, so this meditation exceeded my expectation. It will take you to a zen state of mind that will feel like you are with the monks as well. This one comes in handy as well, user friendly and practical, if you dont wanna spend bucks travelling and a whole day of zen practice and just want a quick relaxation fix, this is the best for you.

best gift to share with your loved ones today

i’ve been receiving so many shared content in facebook about Covid19 now that just gives stress and anxiety. Most of it are from my family! I hated seeing that right before I sleep. So i started a movement, been sharing this meditation link to all of my friends & loved ones and through this I am teaching everyone how to meditate. Most of them liked it! Plus it just took 7 minutes of their time! If you’re tired of all the negativity around just like me try to bring and share this mindfulness in your life

Most worthy 7 minutes you’ll ever have!

okay let me tell you this, 7 minutes guided meditation could be magical! but this 7 minutes takes practice & consistency thats why i realized why I needed to own it, suffering from depression trying it once didn;t gave me the relaxation i wanted, but doing it first thing in the morning for a week.. oh boy it helped me with overthinking and increased my productivity. Wondering how far it could help me doing this for a straight month. I can’t wait! May we all have a wonderful morning sunshine meditation sesh amidst all of this chaos, sending love to all, Cath.

Found it! This is what i am looking for!

Been following Greg Thurston and all his mindfulness works i just can’t find his 7 minute meditation before, I heard it once before and gave me the peace of mind to be still esp I was feeling overwhelmed that time. This is so helpful right before presentations helps me to show the best version of myself!
