These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with Conscientia.net (the “Service”) operated by Conscientia (“I”, “me”, or “mine”).

I – Copywriting Service

A – Delivery Times

In principle, the delivery period will be defined within the start of the project. The indicated period may be extended in the event that for reasons not attributable to this party, the necessary material for the complete preparation of my effective copy is not provided on the agreed date, etc.

In the event that, during the preparation of the project, the delivery of additional material to that previously agreed upon is requested, a new delivery period may be agreed.

B – Confidentiality

Conscientia.net undertakes to maintain the absolute confidentiality of the data that, where appropriate, could be provided by company X (you) for the development of the requested work. Likewise, in case of receiving personal data, they will be treated in accordance with the Organic Law on Protection of Personal Data (LOPD).

On the other hand, this document is the property of Conscientia.net and its content is confidential. Therefore, it may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, or used for purposes other than those contained therein.

C – Responsibility

Conscientia.net will not incur any responsibility for the eventual misuse by company X (you) of the documentation delivered as a result of this project.

Likewise, it will not incur liability in the event of not having delivered the project according to the agreed specifications, as long as it is due to a cause attributable to company X (you).

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the Service.

In no event shall Conscientia, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damages, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

These Terms shall be governed and construed following the laws of Ecuador, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

XI – Changes

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is a material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms occur. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
