I just got this book. I want to say that it is literally return my hope and happiness for myself and others. My goodness, what a better guide for my future life and others. It is a life saver. Julie? I love you forever. You and your mother bigger than life. This data has zero comparison to anything.
Make me a favor, if you never going to read any book in your life except one: READ THIS! Blessings for the present that I got from you which is me and my future. 5* lack of better option.

I am so thankful, I ordered this book..after having it on kindle..it is worth keeping hardcopy in hand.
this book has the most valuable insights to the emotions we experience in life and how it relates to the injury we have in our bodies. I am a practicing kinesiologist and I am very familiar how this is so but then this book gives it a lot more clarity and application of this practice.

Great, practical guide to heal ourselves.

Julia is very honest and authentic. I really liked that she strictly sticks to her observation and the information obtained from the subconscious. She inherited this integrity from her mother, Dolores. This is a very useful, practical, reference book and I would recommend it to any one who is initiated enough into spirituality and tries to heal themselves. I would have liked some more detail though and maybe how to go in depth in one or another situation. But maybe that will come in a new edition later! Thank you for this book, Julia.

I adore her mother’s books (Dolores Cannon). They are both fascinating and entertaining, so I thought this one would be similar. I think Julia’s book has a great purpose. That is, helping people heal themselves. However, the book is poorly written and it only touches the surface of the subject.
A real pity, as I expected a higher level, being the daugther of Dolores and admittedly following her footsteps. It is an okay book, but not great
